ABOUT JACQUELINE
Trademark Portfolio Management Grounded in Precision, Communication, and Client Service.
Jacqueline has spent the past twelve and a half years managing IP portfolios for more than 250 clients, including several Fortune 500 companies. At The Plus IP Firm, she guides clients through every stage of trademark prosecution: initial consultations, due diligence reviews, drafting identifications of goods and services, document preparation, USPTO filings, and post-registration maintenance. Her detail-oriented nature catches what others miss, and her friendly, chatty disposition means clients actually enjoy the process—which is exactly the kind of service the firm is built on.
A California native and self-described “valley girl,” Jacqueline brought her love of fashion, good restaurants, and mountaintop yoga with her when she relocated to Florida in July 2020 to be closer to family, all transplanted New Yorkers. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from California State University, Long Beach.
Her career in IP law started by accident—she took the job to help pay for college and a shoe-shopping habit. What she found was bigger than words and inventions: IP turned out to be a record of creativity, ingenuity, and the human urge to leave a mark on the world. Researching other people’s ideas became a genuine passion, and one that fits naturally at a firm that values individuality and helping innovative concepts come to life.
Outside the office in California, Jacqueline balanced portfolio management and infringement litigation by volunteering with an animal rescue, helping place countless dogs pulled from high-kill shelters in Los Angeles County (#adoptdontshop). She has also found homes for stray cats, lab mice rescued from her biology class, and one hairless guinea pig. She’s now looking forward to new friends and new pet and wildlife rescue ventures in Florida.
