Austin Nowacki is an intellectual property attorney who brings a unique combination of technical knowledge, business acumen, creativity, and competitive discipline to the practice of law. Austin earned his Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law, his MBA in business intelligence and data analytics from Nova Southeastern University, and his Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Florida. He is also certified in SolidWorks.
Long before becoming an attorney, Austin developed a passion for innovation through science, athletics, and the arts. As a competitive basketball player and award-winning student artist, he learned the value of discipline, creativity, precision, and strategic thinking. Those qualities continue to shape his approach to client representation today.
Austin particularly enjoys using CAD tools for patent drawings and applying his arts and design background when visual communication can help clarify an invention. His technical and creative skill set allows him to better understand how products are designed, how inventions operate, and how intellectual property can be presented clearly and effectively.
